Forged products

Forging is one of the plastic forming processes for metal. Pressure from hammer and such removes airspace in metal and makes fine crystal structure. Well-oriented crystal direction gives metal higher physical strength and this process gives the material the target shape.

Powder metallurgy technology

This process is to press-form and to sinter metal powder, and available in mass production. Additionally, the airspace can be utilized as space to contain lubrication oil, and this method is used to manufacture oil retaining bearings.
