Precision casting/Forging

Precision components are essential to a lot of products in numerous industries including air, ship, automobile, electronics, communication and general machinery. The manufacturing accuracy of the products and the mass production capability are the keys to the growth of industries. We recommend the best manufacturing methods based on the drawing provided by customers. Our service covers from a single prototype to mass products.

Die-casting

Die-casting is one of the metallic mold casting methods. Press-fitting melt metal in metallic molds shortens time to produce the high volume of the high-precision cast metal products.

  • Aluminum alloy
  • Zinc alloy
  • Magnesium alloy

Cast metal

The casting method is to fit heat-melt metal on the casting molds, and widely used to mass-produce engine blocks and cylinder blocks of automobiles.

  • Lost-wax process
  • Sand casting
  • Metal casting
  • Plaster casting
  • Centrifugal casting

Forged products

Forging is one of the plastic forming processes for metal. Pressure from hammer and such removes airspace in metal and makes fine crystal structure. Well-oriented crystal direction gives metal higher physical strength and this process gives the material the target shape.

  • Ring mills

Powder metallurgy technology

This process is to press-form and to sinter metal powder, and available in mass production. Additionally, the airspace can be utilized as space to contain lubrication oil, and this method is used to manufacture oil retaining bearings.

  • Press sintering method

Metal injection molding

Form the metal products in the same process as plastic with using a mixture of metal powder and binder (thermoplastics) as raw materials. This method is useful for mass production requiring high accuracy and/or complex shape forming.
